Choosing the right fulfillment services center
Success is so hard to achieve but so great once you get it. They call it laziness, you call it lethargy. I couldn’t agree with you more. Your not lazy, its just you have so many other important things to worry about like networking (socializing), online research (facebooking), or creating and drafting new ideas for your company (daydreaming).
How can you possibly be bothered with something as simple as fulfillment? It is this very situation that gave birth to outsourcing. Outsourcing is the easy cheap way out of everything, especially fulfillment. Whenever your work load gets to be burdensome or too much (or you just don’t feel like doing anything), outsourcing gives you the opportunity to lighten the load (push your work onto someone else) and take of the work load for you.
Almost all responsibility is shifted from you to your fulfillment company when you outsource. Knowing this, your fulfillment services company selection should be chosen very carefully. The responsibility of choosing the right fulfillment company is not shifted. When outsourcing, you want to make sure your company has the appropriate storage space for your products, an accurate inventory management program, and a reliable courier service. All these are vital factors to consider when outsourcing fulfillment.
If you don’t consider these factors, you run the risk of hearing phrases such as “You get what you pay for”, “The only person responsible for the decisions you make is you”, and the worst of them all “ I told you so”.
